Dr. Bobby Joe Adams, DO

I am so grateful to have Dr. Adams to turn to for advice and care. He looks at ALL of you not just the joint or area that you are having an issue with. Yes, he is a bit different in his manner, but I found if I just slow him down a sec and inquire, he will respond and help me to understand. He has been my go to doc for various issues over the last 20+ years and I am just so grateful for his expertise and that he is still available to consult with. The office in Kirkland is an improvement over the Redmond location of the past. Everyone is very professional and happy to answer questions etc. Parking is convenient too.

Dr. Bob is a bit of an odd bird. He is the team physician for USA Track and Field and has been a physician for United States Olympic Committee national teams since 1983 including the cycling. He knows his business. You need to be an advocate for your care with him. He is go go go. Comes across as being in a rush. But, if you have a concearn, speak up and he will address it. He's not a hand holder. But, he knows Atheletes and if you are looking to get back in the game he can certainly help you out. He understands your desire to get back to training asap and helping you get well.

I went twice and first time I had to wait for 40+ minutes, next time I left after 20 mins of waiting. The front desk staff were rude and unprofessional. I would have stuck with them if the doc was worth it with his diagnosis and helpfulness. He rushes through the appointment and was not sure what was wrong with me. Wrote me PT for 3 months, I have been doing it for last 6+ months with no improvement. Would not recommend him to anyone.
