Make sure when you schedule a surgery to ask who part of the surgery team way head of the surgery date will be as we were not told that a second-year resident surgeon will be part of the surgery team and doing the surgery. In any of the office visits was this mentioned to us or our consent obtained ahead for this and on the day of the surgery the waiver forms had the residents name which my son probably did not even pay attention to which were made to be signed right before going into the operating room . We never even never met this resident in any of the office visits My kid ended up having pain for few months after and then severe chronic debilitating pain later .We would have never gone to have surgery here if we had known that and told that information before ahead of the surgery date , we were under the assumption that the doctor we are seeing i.e bobby would be the one doing the surgery.

I didn’t feel comfortable at all. He was rude, not friendly in any way, and kept making sarcastic comments. Seriously how do some people get into healthcare? There are better doctors like DR. Nielsen and others at Rush.
