I totally agree. The staff is Soo rood!! The receptionest especially rude! Ur not a nurse or Dr.!! Its patient neglect n abuse!!

Office staff is rude and billing is horrible. I didn't get a bill for a procedure until I called to see what I owed almost 3 months later and then was informed that I owed copays from three years ago that I was never billed for

Extremely rude staff. Send medical records to another doctor without my permission. Called that other doctor without my permission. Fills out patient privacy preferences sheet before giving information packet to patient, and receptionist gets mad when you ask for a blank form. She has all the boxes with an 'X' in them for you. Isn't that the patients preferences, not hers?

A little eccentric and serious. Dr. Vatra doesn't always provide information, but answers questions when asked. I am very confident in Dr. Vatra and believe he is very knowledgable and caring.

Keep us waiting for over an hour and was very rude when he finally did come in. Sat aa matter of a minute and half in the room. Didn't seem to really care about the matter at hand.
