I WOULD NOT recommend this Dr. Not an honest bone in his body. After my husband laid in a coma for 2 weeks after 2 brain surgeries and being told he was sedated and not in a coma and would be fine. Complications resulting from failure to listen and trust patient post surgery feedback

Dr. Chopko did surgery on my back with fusion. Great results! When we met Dr. Chopko we were instantly impressed with him as a person. He listened to me, asked appropriate questions, and gave us answers. Now, almost a year later, I can honestly say that Dr, Chopko is the best neurosurgeon I have had. (he performed my 6th back surgery).

Dr Chopko is great Neurosurgeon,but I am saddened & disappointed that instead of having follow up appointment post complicated surgery with more issues ,his Med.Assistant informed me to " just find a Neurosurgeon or Neurologist on line" Although I was Dr's established patient ,I was not on the list to be seen prior to His leaving LV. So I am left with unanswered issues /questions. One of the BEST NEUROSURGION

Dr. Chopko is an excellent doctor. He is prompt, very courteous, and listens to all of your concerns. He takes as much time as you need to listen to your case, and explains things so that the average person can understand them. He is a kind and caring doctor, and I am blessed to have found such a compotent doctor.
