Dr. Bond Almand III, MD

I went for a chronic ear infection. He took NO time with me. He put in a tube, charged me $500.00, and out of the door, 3 weeks later I had terrible tinnitus. He couldn't explain, pulled the tube out, bedside manner the worst I have ever seen, spent 2 hours waiting in the office, $ 200.00. Finally returned 2 weeks later, membrane not healed, black oxidized wax and he attempted to pull out. Severe pain Even though I know there is a pain-numbing spray. I have been a nurse for 30 years. I hold a doctorate and teach about ENT. This is the WORST physician it has been my displeasure to meet and for someone that work Trauma for 12 years that is saying a loy. His own staff seemed afraid of him. Do not go to this office! Their only focus is money and they heard patients through like cattle!!!! My ear is still messed and up and I am getting assistance from a different ENT office!

He took time to explain what the operation for the melanoma was going to do.

Staff worked to get me in ASAP. the rubber grommet on the ear bud became lodged in my canal. The Doc removed it easy peasy, and then looked to ensure no damage was caused. In and out of the Doc office in less than 5 min. great service. Thank you all.

Dr. Almand seen me quickly and he is direct and to the point. I am glad he was since he shared some unexpected news

I saw Dr. Almand 2 times, he was very professional and to the point. He did my procedure with a good outcome.

Have been an adult patient of Dr. Almand for a number of years. His staff has always been helpful making an appointment to meet my schedule, especially when I am in pain. He takes the time to answer any questions I have had, even with a waiting room full of patients. I have had no problems with him or his staff and am glad to have him as my doctor.

Took my daughter in for tonsil issues and was made to feel like we were wasting his time. He talks very fast and isn't very through. I guess since it was tonsil issues he just feels like the only solution is removal. Spent over 45 minutes waiting and he breezed through our visit in less than 3 minutes. Very unprofessional and came off as rude and annoyed. Will not be back to Foothills ENT. Got my bill........ THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!!!! $240 for a couple of minutes and NO EQUIPMENT USE AT ALL!!!! This is why people can't afford to go to doctors! I'm contacting my insurance company and filing a complaint about this claim and I will be filing a complaint against Almand as well. This is outright ROBBERY!!
