Dr. Boniele Parr

Boniele Parr is a Psychotherapist with a master of arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling/Psychology from Lesley University. At Lesley, she studied under the holistic specialization and considers herself to be a Holistic Mental Health Counselor—treating the whole person, which includes the mind, body and spirit. She specializes in depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder I & II, grief, trauma, relationship issues, and major life transitions. She works with people who are ready to heal, learn healthy coping skills, and become the best versions of themselves. She has the following experience: youth work, career counseling, facilitating psychotherapy groups, community-based counseling, crisis counseling, dual diagnosis (substance use/mental health) and chronic mental illness. She uses modalities from CBT & DBT with a person-centered approach! Boni's style is authentic, and she meets her clients where they are currently. The goal is for her to create a safe space for her …clients to feel seen, heard, and understood as they work towards healing and alignment. She is empathetic, compassionate and keeps it real!
