Dr. Bonita Dusty Mathai

I would leave zero stars if I could. Extremely unprofessional, it was already uncomfortable enough being naked in front of a stranger. Dr. Bonita Kozma charged me $576 for an office visit to check moles. She was extremely rude to me without a reason and I was as nice as could be. If you're a young female I suggest going to ANYONE other than her, because she hated me the second she saw me. Disgusting attitude. She truly should not be a doctor. I left the office in tears because she was so rude to me. That should not happen.

Easy appointment- staff was available immediately, and Doctor was caring and kind. I would recommend for knowledge and calm manner.

I waited 45 minutes in the room before someone acknowledged me. Once Dr. Kozma finally came in, she was out within 4 minutes. All she told me was that I needed a biopsy. She did not tell me I would need a stitch until she was putting it in. She did not describe to me what costs may be implied, what the outcomes may be, how to get the stitch out, and what my other options may be. A week later, I called to get my results. I waited another 35 minutes on hold and finally spoke to someone, but Dr. Kozma was not available. They told me the results were fine but used medical terms that I did not know what they were. I then asked about how to get the stitch out and they transferred me before saying goodbye or giving me the chance to ask more questions about the diagnosis. I didn't go back there to get my stitch out, I went to see a friend that is a doctor instead. Now it's 6 weeks later and I just got my second bill in the mail; I was not even told I would get a first or told what my… insurance might cover. It was a terrible experience. My coworker made an appointment with the same office and ended up canceling it the day of because of my experience. Word of mouth travels.
