Board Licensed in June 1990 
Our first day of practice was July 17, 1990. We met in college and were one of the first couples to begin and end dental school at the same time in 1990.  We originally started with two dental treatment rooms and quickly needed a third. Two additional expansions occurred over the years until moving into our own building in May of 2002. Our current office is equipped with state of the art dental equipment and digital x-ray systems. We have seven treatment rooms and have three registered dental hygienists to serve you efficiently and professionally.
Forrest has expanded the scope of services he performs to include Orthodontic, Implant, Root canals and Cosmetic services. He has completed both levels of certification to become an Invisalign Certified provider(recently becoming a Preferred Invisalign Provider) and obtained his Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry in the …summer of 2007.
Bonnie has practiced part-time while raising their two children. During this time, she has remained active in dentistry in the office on a part-time basis and teaching at Tulsa Community College in the dental hygiene program.
