Dr. Bonnie Watson Lloyd, DO

Doctor is great! Problem is with JSA managing doctor. I have been with this practice before JSA took over. I requested additional screening with blood work and JSA said no. The office called and cancelled my annual appointment because they wanted me to go with the new doctor. I declined-no attempts to send me a card etc. to reschede. When I did call a year or so later, they wanted to start me over as a new patient. The lady I spoke with was rude when I protested this policy because they wouldn't let me come in and get the blood work then have a scheduled out appoinent. They wanted to push me out over a no the due to me being a new patient. Rase note my records havways been with this practice.

Dr. Lloyd and her staff are wonderful! My elderly aunt recently started seeing her after years of horrible doctors who were disrespectful and uncaring. Since my aunt started seeing Dr. Lloyd, she has received follow-up calls to check on her. She has been greeted promptly and politely by the staff and has especially loved the nurses who are caring and respectful. Thank you so much Dr. Lloyd and staff for caring for my aunt and treating her with respect and concern. We need more doctors like you!

What a great Doctor, very knowledgable and spent time with me so I understood my condition.

Will be filing a complaint with the medical board and contacting a lawyer.

I had the same symtoms for three monthes, and she still did not give me the proper treatment. She did not give referals to specialst when i needed them, in a result i had to go to the hospital 3 times!
