Dr. Boris Dalton Nunez, MD

Had to cancel an appointment with 24 hour notice. got a letter telling me to find a different cardiologist because he would not see me anymore but needed to find another one since my health required it- it took 6 months to get him as my cardiologist it isn't easy to get an appointment in my area!!

My experience with dr. Nunez And his office is less than I would expect from a Veterinary Clinic Calls me and tells me that my insurance company denied to have a echocardiogram done when all that they needed to do was call the insurance company and do the peer-to-peer review and they told me they don't do..peer to peer I asked how much for the test They told me to test cost $295 So I opted to pay that money I figured thought i would be billed for the test had me sign a paper and left i was called 7 times with in a 2 hour period Threatening me that they were going to delete the test if I didn't come back and i had to pay it by 5 p.m.I kept telling them I'm in a customer's house fixing a refrigerator and i have a test Scheduled for Monday not good enough for the office so when i left my customers house i called back the office and said cant i give you a creditcard over the phone they said yes so i paid them They wouldn't stop they just the last call came by a unknown number now remember… i am there for a heart issue Unethical thing I was ever put through So I called back and I said can't I pay this over the phone and stop your harrassment which i did today they call me and relese me from there care i wouldn't bring my dog there for care thats how bad this was i have filed a Grievance with the insurance company and more too come update they called me know and said the insurance company is now paying for my test i allready paid for office person said they will be refunding my money when they know what my co-pay is they already know my copay is $10 that means they owe me $285 back she told me I had to wait until the insurance company sent them the check before they would send me back my money funny huh when it was theirs who is supposed to get the money I had till 5 to pay it but when it comes to reimbursing me I have to wait for the insurance company to give them their money and to get my refund I would recommend anybody

They don't tell you need to call and confirm your appointment two days before or they cancel. 2nd time had to postpone surgery.

He is a very good doctor and explains your procedure in detail before prior to actually doing any operation. He will answer all your questions and doesn't make you feel that any question is stupid. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
