Dr. Bosco Edric Noronha, MD

I went there for at least four visits with him doing a scope every time to tell me there was nothing wrong with me. He referred me to a dentist which isn?t my issue. Now I owe a bunch of money to him for absolutely nothing. I went to another ent doctor in Indiana and within my first appointment the issue was found and started treatment. I would never recommend him to anyone. If I could give him a zero star I would.

I recently needed to see an ENT and was referred to Dr. Noronha. My experience with the doctor and his staff was exceptional! They were kind and respectful and were focused on my personal wellness. I was amazed that Dr. Noronha knew so much about my case, even though this was my first visit! His staff were diligent with setting up a hospital procedure and following up with me after this procedure.

I waited for an hour and a half and had not yet been seen. I had to get someone to their work so I left the exam room. I just couldn't give up any more time . Don't Dr.s think our time is important. I understand emergencies come up but if someone is bleeding isn't that an ER issue, should that be stopped in an office. I don't think I'll be returning.

came to Dr. Noronha’s Office very nervous about my condition. I was greeted with respect and by the time (which was a bit long, but then he is a Specialist) I was taken into a room I was put at ease. Dr. Noronha was amazing, kind so knowledgeable and explained everything into detail. I then needed set up for surgery and Silvie did it all while I was there to save me a trip. She explained the surgery in great detail and even gave me #’s of other patients who had the same surgery done. My surgery was a success and Dr. Noronha and his office staff follows up with me still now on a regular basis and my surgery was in 2016. I highly recommend Dr. Noronha and his staff, very efficient office.

My daughter had her adenoids removed. From pre-visits to post-visits Dr. Noronha was very knowledgeable and the staff was caring and attentive. My daughter’s surgery was a success.

I saw Dr. Noronha back in 2013 for a lump in my neck, I had seen other professionals prior to him on this and had been told that nothing was wrong. Dr. Noronha examined me and recommended I have a biopsy to diagnose the lumps, based on his evaluation and the biopsy, I was diagnosed with Thyroid Cancer which had spread into my lymph nodes and right shoulder/chest. The Cancer was also spreading to the back of my head and were if not for Dr. Noronha’s expertise, I may not have been here today. Dr. Noronha performed a thyroidectomy and radical neck dissection on me, although this is a very extensive and dangerous surgery. My results were amazing and the recovery time was speedy. At the time I was a collegiate swimmer and cause of the care and attention I received from Dr. Noronha, I was able to return to practice at full speed a few months later. Apart from Dr. Noronha, his wife Sylvia and medical team have been nothing short of excellent. Since my first visit, through my surgery… and through today they have been on hand constantly and have showed true interest in my recovery and overall wellbeing. Every time I visit the office or call in, my questions and concerns are attended too with care and professionalism. They have always treated me like a member of their family rather than a customer. The months and years following my surgery, I have continued to see Dr. Noronha and his team despite moving 3 hours away from the office, this is due to their extreme professionalism and care. I would highly recommend Dr. Noronha and his team to anyone seeking medical help/advice in the ear, nose and throat department.

The doctor is wonderful, however his staff is rude.

Dr. Noronha treated me through an emergency situation, a sudden loss of hearing, and fit me into his heavy schedule to be given full attention and care. He has a direct connection with you, straightforward and clear, and it's obvious that he has a deep knowledge and background in his specialty. His diagnostic approach, I'm three weeks into treatment, is step-by-step and without flaw that I can determine. What impressed us, beyond his expertise, is the efficiency of his office and staff. His organization is truly the best I've dealt with. Each detail is logged in, each appt. clear, each step to the process of shuffling patients is smoothly handled and the staff is a treat.
