I feel Dr. Katin is a good Dr., however his staff is inept and downright rude. Unable/unwilling to resolve a simple billing problem after 4 calls and 1 visit. Very frustrating!!! This makes the Dr. Unreachable.

Fantastic, Dr Katen fixed me right up, it was surgery w/overnight stay. Nurses at hospital swear by him. Put trust in him, He is the best !!!

well he ws the third ent dr i went to.....gve me no support in loss of smell and taste for 2 yrs said it would never change after inserting something up my nose....i also gv him a ct scan from previous dr....?????

Dismissive and did not review any scans and read one report . Condescending attitude about past ENT history and did not care I was in pain. A doctor that claims to have over 30 years experience should not be abrupt and disrespectful to patients . Bedside manner awful . No vital signs were performed as well during the appointment . Don't waste your time with this doctor.

Dr.Katin is a fabulous doctor! His knowledge, warm bedside manner, accurate diagnosis (which 4 other doctors missed) is outstanding!! Dr. Katin spent time with me and answeree all my questions. Dr. Katin ALWAYS followed up with me regarding test results and any questions I had....really made me feel like a patient and not a number!!!! That is very hard to find!!!!! I would 100% recommend Dr. Katin!

Dr. Katin was highly referred to me. I felt very comfortable with his knowledge and understanding of my issues, and his treatment plan. His office staff seemed to loose sight of the fact that I was a patient, a sick person. There was no warm treatment, no compassion. But there was plenty of bossiness. I felt all but two of them needed an extended period of time away from the office to adjust their attitudes, or move on to different careers.

No one better at diagnosing and treating anything above the neck. I have had multiple surgeries performed by this doctor and have sent many patients to him. All of them have expressed their complete satisfaction. He also performed a very delicate surgery on my wife. Top notch Doc.!

I came to Dr. Katin with an ear infection, the type of which was misdiagnosed by another doctor, and ultimately ended with a surgical procedure to repair a hole in my ear drum. Shortly afterwards, a lump in my neck proved to be Thyroid cancer, whereby my entire thyroid and lymph nodes were removed. During both procedures, I had 100% confidence that the right decisions were being made by the right person. I very much appreciated my questions being answered intelligently; and at every visit, I was clear about the next steps. In the almost two years I have been a semi-regular patient, I have found Dr. Katin and his staff to be very accommodating and genuinely concerned. I have since recovered from both surgeries better than expected, and feel fortunate to have chosen this practice.

The staff is not friendly at all when you need to make an appointment. Your appointment frequently gets cancelled and when doing so they don't offer you to reschedule. The doctor is knowledgeable, however the constant cancelling appointments is annoying. He will not see you if you are in pain quickly so expect to wait 2-3 weeks.

Dr. Katin was shockingly dismissive after my son's surgery. He would not answer questions and abruptly stated, "I have to get to the next case. Everything will be on the discharge papers."
