Dr. Bozena Barbar Sabala, DO

Dr. Sabala is the WORST office I have ever been to. Before my first initial visit my appointment was changed without notifying me. Multiple times. Luckily, I caught it and was able to adjust my schedule. I was moved a couple more times for my follow up, claiming they left me voicemails and texts. Which I work from home and my phone is easily accessible and I haven't missed a call from anyone else during that same time. They have never called or will take responsibility that they have a wrong number or simply didn't care to contact me. They just moved it however they wanted with no respect for patients work schedules. Then upon arriving to my follow up appointment Dr. Sabala wasn't in office, she left early that day for a last-minute vacation. Her front desk gal is rude, speaks over you and has no interest in helping. Clearly, she is there for a paycheck. Dr. Sabala herself is just there for the money as well. During my first appointment Sabala made comments about seeing other… specialists were not going to help. Her herbal ways were the only way for the digestive issues I was having and other labs I requested. Which by the way, the labs I requested her to do on me she just ignored. My results gave me no answers to the issues I was inquiring about because she ran generic labs that did not pertain to what we discussed. How does that make sense? She was also very condescending and impersonal in the appointment. After being displeased with driving to the office, which is out of my way, and being canceled again I requested her to call me over the phone with her recommendations as it was stated from the front desk agent, with urgency, that she HAD to see me in person and my results HAD to be discussed in person for my serious conditions. Yes, my results are in a portal, but it looks incomplete, and I also don't necessarily understand all of the medical terms so I was hoping she could give me a simple break down if anything was threatening. Front desk said she would check with her and call back. No call backs. This went on for weeks of me calling, and acting like the situation was new to them. Speaking with them today they wanted to do a tele visit, and they were claiming they were doing me a favor because I have to be seen in the office. I politely explained I have a very old razor phone that does not have tele visit, zoom, skype, any of these capabilities and is there PLEASE any way she can do a regular phone call. What are people supposed to do that don't have modern tech? You really are going to withhold medical information because I can't take this type of call or take time off work because of how unpredictable your scheduling is... seriously?? It gets expensive having to doctor shop, in addition I'm sure they charge per visit so that can be the only reason why I would have to be in office. I don't know if you know this Sabala, but not everyone is blessed in money the same way you are. Don't go to this facility, it's a waste, expensive, even with insurance. unprofessional and to put it simply, they just don't care. Thats so sad. Medical industry should not be heartless like this and Sabala is the worst example for a "good doctor." I would be fine with the scheduling hiccups, but the rudeness with staff, and then the idea that you won't speak to me even if something is seriously wrong with a patient is so inhumane. It's the total opposite of what a real doctor should be doing. Do not go to this facility. it's disappointing and degrading.

Do not waste your time by going to this place. Staff is not trained and has no knoledge. Dr. Kaszuba seem to be very busy and he does not care much about his patient problems.Stay away form that place

This doctor is worst whom I see, u will not see patients in her office. She doesn t know nothing. I put 1 star because its not option 4 no star. I think on review 5 star she put 4 herself
