Dr. Brad Cucchetti, DO

This is an incompetent and unprofessional medical office with absolutely shameless staff that I would give zero stars to if possible. I was inundated with emails and text "reminders" for 3 days leading up to my appointment and the day of the appointment. However, when I arrived for my appointment I was told that Dr. Cucchetti's staff canceled it because "he doesn't see patients for ankle or foot injuries." The staff claimed that they left a voice message telling me that it had been cancelled--this is not true. I never received a voice message, nor a text or email, but I did receive constant reminders to show-up (as I said above). The staff was inconsiderate and disrespectful of my time and offered no explanation or apology for what they did. In fact, the strange woman trying to explain what was clearly their error seemed to take an arrogant tone when I asked why I kept receiving "reminder" messages even after they canceled my appointment.

Did surgery on my shoulder tear and rotator cuff. Excellent personality and cares about people. I would go to him again. Jerry Gobeli

Amazing surgeon

Dr. Cucchetti is a skilled surgeon, superb diagnostic skills, has an excellent bedside manner and can explain things in layman terms to his patients. All that said, there are some negatives as well. Face to face time with him is very short and rushed. Waits in the office can be rather long. The office closes for 2 hours for lunch and more times than not, it stretches far beyond 2 hours before the phone is answered. Call backs to the doctor through the answering service are not always made and follow up after surgery is a bit spotty. I guess to have to weigh what is most important to you.

Best Ortho I have ever dealt with. Super guy and super staff.

excellent surgeon, great bedside manner. Really explained my diagnosis well, I cannot recommend him more highly
