Dr. Brad Alan Wolfson, MD

What a rude and unprofessional person. He made bizarre, inappropriate comments, and then wrote down my symptoms incorrectly in the chart. He refused to answer questions about my lab work, and made it abundantly clear that he wasn't interested in being there. Perhaps it's time to retire, because being a physician actually means caring for patients.

Dr Wolfson and the interior staff are great. The front office is not good at returning calls.

This man has no bed side manner just is out for the money. He Did a procedure on my brother with neglect and missed a very a very large tumor. My brother died and suffered because of this horrible mistake that he admitted to my face. This man also lied in his reports saying that he had a discussion with my brother and I . Do not trust this man with your Life.The office staff is also nasty and rude. Such not have be medical information out when they are not educated.

Biggest issue is trying to get hold of the office. The phones are often turned off even during normal business hours. The message also doesn't list hours or when they might actually be available to take calls.

It took them a while to process my son's referral. The office staff was very rude when I called asking for information. Trying to get an appointment was not easy. I decided to cancel his appointment because of the lady that does the scheduling. She is rude and very unethical; she is not sympathetic in the area of appointments. I was driving from my son's school to their office and I decided to call just to let them know I was on my way. I was on time. She acted like I was inconveniencing her by my approach. I think what she needs to be remembered the caller is the patient who pays their bills. Best advice, see another doctor.

Very thorough, caring a no-nonsense Dr. doesn't waste patient time, very professional..great office location with lots of parking.

Dr. Wolfson is an excellent urologist - very helpful and very to the point. He was clear and accurate when explaining my condition. He is a bit "clinical" and not as empathetic and I am a woman who is in constant pain - he seems to get that but is somewhat lacking in the emotion department. However, the wait time in the office is minimal - his office staff even called me when it looked like one of my appointments was going to be running into other appointments to move me up by 45 minutes.

This physician has a very plesant attitude and bedside manner, his professionalism is totally first rate. His staff is totally courteous, personable and professional. I've read the other reviews and find them outrageously fussy! This doctor is great doing a great service that is both serious and vital and even though some procedures are uncomfortable, he manages to make the experience less uncomfortable with his pleasant and patient personality.
