On the above date my husband went to see the NP complaining of shortness of breath and no energy. Please note they know he has had a heart attack and a stroke. When seen he was prescribed an inhaler and told he needed a breathing test they would schedule and follow up. As of today, 2-5-2020 still nothing I have called twice and left messages. No human available. My husband needs a pacemaker ASAP. Tell me how you miss this? DO NOT GO THERE!!!!! My Vet is kinder, and follows up. I was a patient for 5 yrs my husband for about 8. Guess what, no more . You can indeed die if you are waiting for a call back. This is far from the first bad incident with them.

I can NEVER talk to a person. Leave messages or have to go by so I can actually see someone eye to eye. Recording for every department and then they don’t answer.

I am a patient at Dr Faulkenbury's practice. Although I normally see his PA or NP I have always found the care I have received to be top notch. All the staff there are kind and professional. I am usually seen within a few minutes of my appt time. Overall I am very pleased.

The staff is HORRIBLE, they will treat you like your stupid! They talk down to you like they are perfect! I urge everyone out there to find ANOTHER DOCTOR! Do Not seek MEDICAL help from these people! You will end up dying before they ever pick up the phone to call you back!!! Terrible! They should be ashamed of themselves!

His patient volume is much too large for him too see his monthly patients on a regular bases. He has unfortunately developed Tunnel Syndrome. Without requesting tests that should be giving BEFORE his diagnosis he will tell you what he THINKS is wrong. His opinion is the TEST.. His immediate staff has full access of your chart and the amazing ability to make things appear THAT NEVER HAPPENED !! In turn allowing him to smell like a rose, and YOU to look like a lying FOOL!

Dr. Faulkenberry is the best doctor. He is so caring and knowlegable. I wish he was the only doctor that I had to see. I would highly recommend him to everyone. He takes the time to explain things and that means so much to me.
