Dr Bradley Baker

Had to be there 0740 for 0810 appt and he came in the room at 0910. Talks over you so you really can't say everything you want to say. Other than that he's fine.

Professional and friendly. Solved my issues.

After waiting 45 minutes for an appointment that I pre-registered. Not once did anyone come out and explain there would be a dely. I would think that would be common courtesy after 30 minutes of waiting. Then waited another 10 minutes in the exam room. Congratulations nearly one hour and I had even seen a doctor yet. My pain kept me there.

Dr. Baker and his staff are fantastic! I don’t know how they maintain that level of energy and personal care week after week.

I was 15 minutes early had to wait 40 minutes past my appointed time. Not good, timeliness has to be respected on both sides. Also felt rushed by the nurse who had to bandage my wound.

Dr. Baker listened to my concerns and came up with a plan quickly and easily.

Dr. Baker told me exactly what was wrong with my shoulder and what was needed. He listened to my concerns about wanting to take other routes first and agreed to it for a start. I like that he let's his patients talk.

Wasted no time to attend to my concern…Very professional and helpful in providing information on my situation…

Dr Baker and his staff are the most caring individuals I've ever dealt with they are professional and friendly. Dr Baker is a wonderful surgeon and I can't thank him enough for everything he's done for me! Also, his assistant Shawna is amazing!
