Dr. Bradley Neil Bullock, MD

I'm a loyal patient. I've only had three doctors in the past 50 years, and I take the doctor/patient relationship seriously. When I moved to Franklin, I needed to find a new GP, and Dr. Bullock came highly recommended. I couldn't me more pleased. Not only is he thorough, professional, and competent; he's genuine, kind, and caring. He doesn't fake it, either. He's really interested in how I feel and what's going on. He maintains a very full patient load, but if you can get in, you won't be disappointed.

Cool springs internal medicine - Dr.Bullock always charged me for multiple things that I did not need. After receiving multiple bills for hundreds and hundreds of dollars after they had filed with my insurance which I did not feel I owed, they sent me to collections and I paid my bill in full with the understanding from their office administrator that I could still be seen at the office if I paid. So I paid the bill and a week later got a phone call telling me that I have been terminated from the practice. I made it clear to them that If I was to go back I would only get the necessary test required for my medication which they didn't want to do. What a lousy excuse for a medical facility. They don't treat your family right and they definitely have it treated mine right.

Dr. Bullock has been my doctor for a while and only recently have I had severe health issues. Not only was he prompt and understanding but he tried many options to get me better. There is not a better physician around

Dr. Bullock has been my MD for over 10 years. In 2000, I briefly moved to Florida for a work contract but drove back to Nashville for checkups with Dr. Bullock. If you are seeking a medical professional who truly cares about your health, I highly recommend Dr. Bullock.

Since the decision to add Nurse Practitioners (which I am not necessarily opposed to), the ability to diagnose and treat has diminished significantly. Physicians are rarely on site. Nurse Practitioners serve a purpose but do not have the same authority to treat complications as an MD does.It is a shame, this was a great clinic.

I've been a patient of Dr. Bullock's for 4+ years and have always had excellent care from him and his office staff. His office does have a lot of patients and you might occasionally experience a longer wait than at a small country doctor, but there are a large number of physician assistants on staff and the office accepts walk-ins everyday including Saturdays. This has kept me going back.

When I first walked into the office I note a sign that says if patients are more than 15 minutes late, the office has the right to reschedule or cancel the appointment So I thing great, these folks run a tight ship. Not quite .Long waits in the waiting room, over 30 minutes, followed by equally long waits in the exam room. I even asked the front desk staff if the Dr was on time, and they said yes. So why was my noon appointment not started until after 1:30pm? Dr Bullock does answer your questions and will take time with you but the answers are vague and more times then not I left with no clear outcome from the visit. Dr Bullocks treatment plans seemed muddled and required I come or call back far too frequently for poor results. He commonly advised I would start new medicines but refused to give me scripts requiring me to call his nurses. So I played phone tag with the nurses until they explained what he had in mind. I later find out the nurses aren't noting my chart so I am… required to bring in the medications that Dr Bullock prescribes because he cant tell what Im taking by the notes in my chart. When I pointed out it was his nurse that gave me the scripts at his direction, he replied they don't track what the nurses do on the phone. Really? Everyone else loves Dr Bullock, I'm not sure what I'm missing but nice yes. A good doctor to help me figure out medical challenges? Sadly no. On paper hes awesome. In person added with an office staff that is disconnected to the fact that patients are actually people too hes a C- on his good days.
