Dr. Bradley S. Eilerman

Dr. Eilerman is smart, listens to his patients and finds the best treatment. My dad had seen numerous doctors for diabetes but nobody could get it under control. I was so impressed with Dr. Eilerman when I attended my Dad’s first visit with him. He asked way more questions than other docs and spent much more time with my dad. Within a month of seeing him, my dad’s diabetes was much more under control.

Simply put, Dr.Eilerman is amazing. I have been seeing him now for the better part of a decade and I am beyond impressed with his genuine concern for my well being. Dr.Eilerman not only addresses the reason for my visit, but also discusses future plans for treatment so I can make the most informed decision possible. This doc is the best, if you need an Endo, look no further.

Dr. Eilerman is very interactive and inquisitive. I’ve been seeing him for 7 years and have the utmost confidence in his treatment. He never rushes personal visits. He is prompt in responding to email/MyChart questions. I believe my experience proves that he really cares for his patients. His staff is also very pleasant and does a great job in prepping prior to seeing Dr. Eilerman.

Dr. Eilerman is a very intelligent man. He listens and cares about his patients and their concerns. He does very thorough bloodwork and imagining to find the cause of a symptom. His staff makes me feel like part of a family.

Dr. Eilerman has always made me feel like I am being well taken care of. It is comforting after my dad’s long illness with diabetes. I know that he is very knowledgeable and caring of his patients. He goes above and beyond with his patients as I have experienced this treatment myself! I would not go anywhere else. I have found his staff to be helpful and pleasant.

Dr's staff is very, very unhelpful, condescending, and uncaring. Example: I called about my insurance rejecting 2 very important (to me, NOT to the staff) medicines. The 1st time I talked to the receptionist, I noticed she was not able to actively listen when I spoke, which is problematic. I let it go, but the next time she called was the same way. She made assumptions about the issue that caused her to interrupt and not retain information or care at all what I was saying. I was rushed off the line after she conveyed the dr didn't want to recommend another medicine that insurance covered. Both times I called I tried to say I wanted the medicine insurance didn't cover if there was not another recommendation. She was not able to listen. Her goal was to trivialize, not empathize, and it was a terrible experience. I finally asked to be transferred and the nurse was as amazingly uncaring as the last person. Would NOT recommend going here if you want to treated with patience, kindness, or… respect.

Finally! After nearly 12 years of struggling with PCOS I’ve found a doctor that doesn’t shrug it off as if its imaginary. He was thorough in checking my overall health, and listens to my concerns. Since seeing Dr. Eilerman I don’t struggle as much with my issues. He works with his patients to find what is best for every aspect of their life not just a single part. The staff is always amazing and smiling and friendly. Honestly I forget that it’s a St. Elizabeth office when I go in.

He cares for his patients and goes the extra mile. You can tell there is a good soul there.

Dr. Eilerman is a fantastic physician. He cares about what is important to me and to my family. He includes me in the decision making process and we agree on plans that will work with my time and my budget. His staff is also very helpful and always pleasant.

Dr eilerman is a great doctor, I have seen a few different doctors for diabetes and he is by far the best. If you go in to see him and you don't have your meter with you, which has happened in the past he doesn't raise his voice or scald you like past doctors I have had. I am a shy person and am able to talk to him. Highly recommend him.
