Dr. Bradley Thomas Haas, MD

Dr. Haas provided the single worst doctor visit I've had in my life. He completely disregarded my concerns about an extremely debilitating neurological condition, was sarcastic and made completely gratuitous judgmental comments about me. I would give him no stars if I could.

I am new to Kaiser and my first encounter with Dr. Haas was not a good one. I booked a video call thinking that this would be a great unique experience speaking to a doctor while saving a trip, gas etc. When the video call connected, it was very awkward. He did not introduce himself, and he did not even attempt to get to know me. He responded to all of my concerns with an apathetic and sarcastic tone. He looked at my charts and repeated information that I already knew. When I called him out on this poor experience he then proceeded and closed his door and apologized and said that he was going through a rough time at home. First of all why was the door open, while I was explaining my symptoms for anyone to hear. HIPAA violation much? I will not be choosing him as my doctor. I have no doubt that he is knowledgeable however I prefer doctors who care about me as a person, and not just another patient.

Dr. Haas did not hesitate to perform the tests I needed which confirmed my condition. His exam was thorough, and Dr. Haas was the first step towards a cure. I highly recommend him.
