Bradley Klein spent about an hour with us and was not rushing us whatsoever. He was extremely professional and thorough and very kind to my mother, who can talk quite a bit. He exercised a lot of patience and was reassuring.

Dr Klein was very thorough and also took the time to explain everything to me. Was willing to listen and explain next steps to me. Very pleased with my visit.

Dr. Klein is a good doctor - knowledgeable, capable, and caring - however each of the three visits to his office has required extensive wait times; it was 30 minutes the first visit, over an hour on the second, and 55 minutes on the third. Such long delays on every visit indicates a laissez-faire attitude toward his patients’ time.

I met with Dr. Klein for a set of symptoms I've been struggling with recently. After chatting with me about the best course of action to help, he asked about my overall health and offered suggestions for a chronic illness I've struggled with for 20 years. Previous doctors have always told me to "learn to live" with these symptoms but Dr. Klein took the extra time and worked with me to come up with a treatment plan. I felt respected, heard, and advocated for. I can't recommend him enough!

Dr Klein is a good listener, compassionate and understanding. Most importantly, he LISTENS and works with you as a patient.
