Dr. Bradley Paul Presnal, MD

Dr Presnal has replaced both of my hips and both knees, one twice, after I fell. Dr Presnal is my favorite doctor as he is caring and always tells me the truth. He answers my questions and tells me what he thinks. I see him yearly for checkups. I would trust Dr Presnal with my life.

5 yrs ago I had full knee replacement and Dr ???? said to me on 2 different appointments ( LUCK OF THE DRAW) still have pain and walk with a cane . But he got his money ..

Dr. B. Presnal is off the chain and the bomb! I thank God for him! He's been honest with me for each surgery with making sure my weight was on point. He is a caring Dr. and I have no complaints. His staff has always been supportive and will get your paper work back in a timely frame. His PA's are cool, but they're just not Dr. Presnal. 5 Stars right here! As far as I can tell, Dr. Presnal is a great surgeon. I have absolutely no complaints about the results of the actual operation. In fact, I am grateful for his expertise. However, if you expect any communication before or after the surgery, it will have to come from someone other than him. He does not talk to patients, at least not this patient, even during the one time I ever met with him. And you can expect your request for help when you see danger signs you've been warned about by staff occur to be ignored by the people, obviously with no medical knowledge, who answer the phones. Problems, requests for information on what to do about these problems, or requests for medications or therapy apparently never get through to him or his PAs, even when you are calling for exactly the reasons his staff insisted you must call during pre-op meetings for safety. You are on your own if something goes wrong. Be sure your primary is going to be available.

He replaced my knee 10 years ago and I have had no problems with it. I will be having him replace both of my hips in the coming months.

Had left hip replaced at aiken regional Doug holford terrible doc when holford was finished left leg was 3\4 inch shorter than right plus a hip instaled was recalled went to doc PRESNAL he replaced left hip then 120 days later replaced right hip doc PRESNAL kept pain level to a minimal excellent bed side manner nothing but good to say 803 341 5876

I wanted to come to Dr Presnal in 2007 when i got Injured but state accident fund refuse,after all these years meeting him for the first time everyone was right he gets straight to the point and will not be untruthful concerning your medical condition

He may be hard to figure out. He did a complete knee replacement on my right knee 3 years ago and another on my left knee this year. The recent sugery went a whole lot better than the first one. In fact, the one done 3 years ago left me with numbness in my foot and up my leg. He kept saying it would go away, and 3 years later it's still there. I feel that he knicked a nerve, but he would never admit it. Now, I'm having terrible pain in that knee and can hardly walk! Looking for a new doctor who will listen with concern.

I am only a little over a week post surgery so my opinions are based on early experience. Dr. Presnal is awesome! After 3 years of pain and trying to get my Rheumatologist to do something about it, my family Dr. finally referred me to Dr. Presnal. I was referred, seen and operated on in a time frame of about 1 1/2 months. So far, I feel so much better aside from the surgical pain and weakness from having to compensate for so many years. I can stand up straight! I can't wait until my recovery is complete to see what God has in store for me! Dr. Presnal's staff so far has been awesome. So blessed to have gotten him for my Dr.!
