Dr. Mark Ryan Wilson, MD

Dr. Mark Wilson is an orthopedic surgeon who earned his medical degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine Columbia. He completed his residency training at the University of Florida Health Shands Hospital, building expertise in surgical treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. With 14 years of experience in orthopedic surgery, Dr. Wilson has developed specialized skills in treating complex bone and joint disorders. He provides care in English for patients throughout South Carolina.

Dr. Wilson maintains affiliations with Newberry County Memorial Hospital and Prisma Health Laurens County Hospital, practicing in Clinton, Newberry, and Chapin. His clinical focus includes treating rotator cuff disorders and various forms of osteoarthritis, particularly shoulder osteoarthritis. He performs advanced arthroscopic procedures, including shoulder arthroscopic surgery and acromioplasty, as well as treating shoulder instability through minimally invasive techniques.
