Dr. Braille Watson began her career in dentistry, as a dental assistant, while still in high school.  She obtained certification in dental radiography and as an expanded duties dental assistant in 1989.  She attended Santa Fe Community College in Gainesville, Florida, and received an Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene in 1992. 
She completed a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Science at the University of Florida in 1998.  She graduated from the University of Florida College of Dentistry as a Doctor of Dental Medicine in 2002.  She took State Dental Board examinations in both Florida and California and is licensed to practice in both states. 
She was raised in Ocala, Florida where she ejnoyed horseback riding and water sports.  She moved to California after graduating from college and spent time in South Lake Tahoe and San Diego before returning to Florida.  She is an avid surfer.  She also enjoys snowboarding, wakeboarding, …slalom water skiing, and yoga. 
She is dedicated to continuous personal growth and developing her skills as a dental professional.  She believes that dental restorations should provide excellent function and aesthetics.  She has a special interest in patient education and preventive dentistry, as this is the way to achieve and maintain dental health for a lifetime.
