You will never see Dr. Hoag there are just Interns at this location, different Interns at every visit. Which means that your care is disjointed. One Intern will suggest one thing, a month later a new Intern will have a totally different approach with neither being seen to their conclusions or seemingly informed by past care. Care is nonsensical; it changes dramatically month to month. You never get to know anyone who is treating you. The staff also never get to know you, as they are there for short periods of time. Interns are often rude and defensive. Because all the Interns are at the beginning of their careers, the care is often flat wrong, I have had many nurses and even the pharmacist shocked by the care I was getting. A CVS Pharmacist once refused to prescribe a prescriptions and called the doctor to complain that they were endangering me. If someone at CVS was concerned you know there was a problem.

You will never see Dr. Hoag for visits, only the residents. The residents rotate every 6 months so when you have an appointment, you'll have to go over your history all over again. There is zero continuity in this office.

Dr. Hoag is good, front desk is terrible. Nurses are very good. Picked woman Dr for a reason. However every visit, first have to tell everything to a young male..intern maybe?? While HE checks all my vitals. What? I then have to wait average of 10 min for him to return with Dr. Hoag. Now, I have to go over my entire issues again with them both, while the Dr. again does my vitals! No thanks.
