Dr. Brandon James Coakley

Dr. Brandon Coakley, MD is an excellent doctor/surgeon - He uses the Mohs surgery method (If you have not heard of it - just Google Mohs surgery) He is excellent -- and his office runs like a well lubricated and precise machine -- as a patient -- I was seen right at my appointed time - not a minute waiting -- no taking you back to another room to wait -- No, the assistant Bailey got me situated in the chair/table and in seconds Dr.Coakley was in explaining the process and ready to go at it When completed they give you a medical pouch with instructions on how to tend to the incision and all of the creams and ointments and bandages/ band aid strips needed to take care of the incision until your follow up visit in two weeks Can't say enough at how personable his assistant Bailey and his receptionist Brandy are to patients -- They treated me as if I were a long time friend -- even though it was my first visit to his office ! My first time seeing Dr.Coakley was a wonderful experience. He was personable,explained the procedure and did everything professionally. His assistant Kim was caring and made sure I was completely comfortable. Even offering snacks since these can be lengthy procedures. I am happy he has come to Myrtle Beach to perform Moh's. His staff was also helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend Dr.Coakley.

Without getting too much into our story Dr Coakley how to my college daughter through one of the most difficult times in her life. He took her in without question, when she was hospitalized he called her daily and even came to the hospital to see her when he absolutely didn’t have to. He took the time to research her disease and stood by her family side as we got answers. He is simple and unconditionally amazing. We are so blessed that he was put into our daughters life!

Dr Coakley was very personable and was very careful that his two Moh's procedures did not leave a scar.
