He was nice enough, but, I was experiencing problems from a botched cataract surgery and I needed him as a second opinion. I was RUSHED, thoroughly. Also, the eyeglass prescription I was given for bifocals was the same in the top AND the bottom of the lenses I ordered. So I had to get new glasses. I wouldn't ever go back to him or his colleague who is also his wife. The staff and office were outstanding but I was very disappointed and discouraged; I didn't feel that my concerns were addressed. I left crying.

I had a really good experience with Dr. Brandon Whiteside. He performed surgery on my eyes, and called to check on me. His staff was very professional and friendly. All my concerns were addressed. I definitely recommend him for eye surgery.

Dr. Whiteside performed PRK on my eyes and I can not say enough good things about his work and his bedside manner. Best Lasik Doctor in Charlotte!

Second time I've had to wait well over an hour. Today it was 1 hr. 20 mins. and I had to leave before seeing the dr. because I had another appointment. My time is important to me too!

I have extremely poor vision and I have never spent less time with an eye doctor in my 50 years. He couldn't even answer my questions I had and rushed me so he could get to the next patient. The bedside manner of 4 out of the 5 people I dealt with was poor and all acted like you were interrupting their day. Mind you....this is my very first appointment at this place.

He is a bit condescending and very arrogant. I am only going to see him because I have little options with my insurance plan.
