Dr. Brandy Michelle Roose, MD

Superficial exam, didn't ask enough questions, unprepared, didn't read chart first. Not going back.

I am switching doctors, and would recommend taking a recommendation from someone that has a good rapport with their physician. Dr. Roose was always standoffish, condescending, and never seemed to want to be there.

Very professional and personal, take her time to make sure you are taken care of and answer any questions

i was a bit skeptical when i started being treated by Dr. Roose. (I have two daughter her age.) However, I have found her knowledge of medicine and ability to sit face to face with patients is highly refreshing. I am pleased to have Doctor Roose has my primary care physician.

Dr. Roose takes care of ny father. When he was admitted to the hospital she took excellent care of him there. She now handles all of his general health needs. She takes her time explaining things to him as well as explaining it to me, so I can help him. I couldn't ask for a better doctor for my father!

Dr. Roose is the consummate professional She is an honest, warm and caring Doctor. My stomach doesn't get upset when I have to visit her.

Dr. Roose is a very caring doctor and always spends time with my wife and I to be sure we understand everything during our visit. She is very knowledgeable and has accurately diagnosed any health issues we've had while under her care. Unfortunately she does not accept our insurance any longer, forcing us to go elsewhere ... we sure do miss Dr. Roose.

Dr. Roose is a wonderful physician! Extremely thorough and takes her time with me. In my experience, she is a true advocate for her patients. Researching and following up when she knows it is important. You just don't see that anymore. I may even make the trip to Tarpon Springs to see her since I was notified she moved her practice. Well worth it!

I found the staff to be rude, nasty and unprofessional. There is never a situation where it's just OK to treat any patient or potential patient with disdain, hostility or belligerence just because you FEEL like it, Objectivity and compassion are to be expected and these women were disgusting in the way they spoke down to me with animosity because I wasn't clear about the insurance procedure. I also had a severe ear infection and I needed a sooner appointment than 2 months out so I called a few times to see if they had anything sooner, again Victoria was nasty "Well call you if there's an opening!" I told them to stuff there appointment. They couldn't care less if I died judging from their demeanor. If you are suffering from a serious illness you want to be treated with kindness not disrespected. I don't know why some doctor's offices hire people who are unfit to deal with others, I mean it is a doctor's office after all! The office staff generally reflect the level of competence of the… Doctor. I'm beginning to think Florida's health care community is sub par and they are satisfied with that level of dysfunction. Unless you are too seek another physician's office.
