Branon David Johnson, DDS

I am reporting this Dentist (Dr. Branon Johnson) to the American Dental Association due to a serious breach of our agreement for dental work. I never write negative reviews... ever, but it is important that others know that at least one person is willing to say that this dentist and office has VERY serious issues and it was reflected in the treatment I received. Before starting my dental work I spoke with Dr. Johnson and we agreed on many different aspects of what my procedure would involve and that I would be included in this process. He broke his word during this process knowing how important it was to me but at this point he also knew I had to proceed with treatment and couldn't stop the procedure at this point. I also thought I was paying close to $5,000 to actually be seen and have my work done by the actual dentist... that is not the case. I was handed off during the important part of an elaborate procedure to an assistant and when experiencing problems due to this, I scheduled a… follow-up appointment with the dentist, again to come in on the date to find that I was paired with an assistant again. Yet I paid the money for the work of the dentist. There is a reason for these types of negative reviews that are starting with the office and dentist, and anyone who is getting ready to sit and go through all that a dental journey entails, needs to have all the feedback they can get before beginning this process and deciding on a dentist that you need to be able to trust. P.S. The Head Office receptionist and the other receptionists are in fact very rude, but this is only a reflection of what is allowed and considered acceptable behavior by the dentists who own this business (Dr’s. Johnson).
