I called as a new patient to get an appointment. The person answering the phone was so rude that I could not even consider making an appointment at this office.

I have been with this practice for approximately 2 years. I was told I had to have a full physical before one of the 2 doctors would ever see me. I went in, had my physical (100% NOT covered by insurance) and have only been able to ever see one of the PAs. The Physician Assistants were excellent and provided good care. Fast forward to cold and flu season. I had the flu and survived it just fine on my own, but developed a sinus infection. During a snow storm late on a Saturday I just couldn't take the pain anymore. I called the after hours service and received a call back from Dr. Brak. YIKES! She is NOT compassionate, inquisitive about my symptoms, and was down right nasty. First, I thanked her for calling me back and apologized for bothering her. Silence. I began to explain my symptoms to her and when I finished again...silence. I thought the call had been dropped. Then she said, "we missed you in the office this morning when we were seeing patients." UMMMM???? … REALLY? So, I explained that I work the midnight shift (as if I should have to explain) and didn't wake up until 2pm. It wasn't until about 4 pm that I couldn't take the pain anymore. (This wasn't some plot to deprive them of billable hours!) Again, silence. She said she would call me in a prescription, only if I agreed to come in first think Monday morning. Um...ok. Again, I work midnights so this is really a difficult thing for me to do. The she asked if Augmentum would work. I have no idea? I haven't been on an antibiotic in years! To top it off, I gave her the phone number for a pharmacy that closed 30 minutes later and I couldn't get my antibiotic! I was too afraid to call her back to have her call it in to another pharmacy so during a blizzard I drove to an urgent care center where I got EXCELLENT care and a referral to a new practice! Bottom line, she never asked what my symptoms were, gave any suggestions for pain relief or symptom relief, and was only concerned about the almighty appointment. She could have charged me for the phone call if she had actually put forth any effort! Needless to say, I am leaving the practice.

The first time I met dr.Brak I was 18. She had just been taking new people for Dr.bell which my grandparents went to.I got real sick they took me in and I got Dr.Brak. 3 days later..........cured.When I had my son.She diagnosed him with rsv.....She took very thorough notice of him and in my eyes saved his life.Now,whenever I cant get to her I don't have much faith in other doctors.I don't find them to be as patient and thorough.Dr. Brak listens and takes her time with you.She doesn't rush off.

When you call the office you never get a human being. Also O is not a option is a little rude.

My family has been going to Dr. Brak for well over 15 years. She has always been a careful listener, has observed problems we didn't know existed during her careful check ups, has correctly diagnosed problems, and is very caring. Despite the fact that we have moved further away from her office several times, we continue to go to her since she is such an outstanding doctor.

I've been a patient of Dr. Brak's for years!! She is absolutely amazing! She never rushes, answers all of my questions and is extremely caring. All of her nurses are amazing too---they remember my name and make me feel very relaxed.
