Very professional and the patient feels confortable with her communication.

I had an appointment today at 2:30pm. I showed up around 15 mins early and was called into the office to see the doctor. A few minutes later i hear some chitchatting outside the room to find out that the doctor wasn’t going to see me because she claims I was late. That was upsurd and I was getting angry. Dr. Jimenez left to the hospital to do her rounds and did not see me. Left me there with the nurses saying I can sit and wait till 5pm when she returns. I have years with Dr. Jimenez to be treated like this. I thought I was a patient instead of a dog you kick to the curb. I got very upset and did scream at everyone there . The nurses know I was there before 2:30pm they even checked the system. I never felt so angry and appalled and disgusted by the actions of DR. Brenda Jimenez unfortunalty she loses a good patient because I will never ever go back there to see her. She is heartless and not a reliable and responsible doctor. She is horrible with her patients. I’m 67 years old and she… has no right to treat me like this. I have been going to Cleveland clinic for the past 18 years I have never felt neglected or ignored like today.
