Dr. Brenda L Smith, MD

I had a terrible incident with Dr. Smith's clerk (who I found out later is also her husband), and I did not keep my appointment. The clerk was very rude and angry with me about my confusion with new regulations because of The Affordable Care Act. He became enraged, and pounded his fist on the desk and screamed at me and would not let me get a word in edgewise. Because he was screaming at me I asked to see the Dr. and he pointed to who I thought was the receptionist or nurse and said she was Dr. Smith. She was standing there the whole time, allowing him to vent his unfounded anger at me! She never admonished him, or said she was the Dr. Some major disfunction going on there.

Dr. Smith is excellent - she has a wonderful manner and always takes time to ask questions and make sure any questions I have are answered fully. Would recommend her without reservation.

After trying a few different OB/Gyns, I found Dr. Smith to be the most caring and competent of all. Her ability to let me know what was going on was done in such a way that I completly understood everything she was exlaining. I have no problem reccommending her to any of my friends.
