Dr. Brenda Lee Wainscott, MD

I’ve been seeing Dr. Wainscott for probably 9 or 10 years or so, and now I’m going to switch doctors specifically because the last 2 times I was in there, it was like she didn’t even know why I came in (wellness check). She even asked me ‘why are you here?’. I think she’s a good doctor that has just gotten too busy...

Dr Wainscott has been my primary care physician for over ten years. She has taken good care of me She did save my life during a heart incident. Am very happy with her care.

I was looking for a new doctor. Dr. Wainscott was dismissive. she did not take any time to listen to my medical history, without which, she would no nothing, as I was a 58 yr old female, coming to her for the first time. I left and would not go back again! You cannot see a doctor who will not discuss your medical history. Furthermore, I just received a letter that MCT, LLP has been hacked and social security numbers, personal information and health information was taken and this was from one visit several years ago. If there was a zero rating, I would've chosen it!

She has been my doctor for about two years. I have been well taken care of. Sometimes it is difficult to get an appointment; however if immediate assistance is necessary she has worked me in same day.

This doctor needs her license revoked, already reporting her to the state board. She has zero knowledge of diagnosis, futhermore never gives results, her so called nurse gives the wrong diagnosis. She lies to cover up her simple mistakes and she is going to be sued for malpractice. I would run from this doctor, she's is not capable of helping a cockroach.

This Dr. jumps to conclusions on the strength of one examination. This is done after you've spent more than an hour after the appt. time waiting in two different waiting rooms and then one exam room. Walked out last time there after waiting 1 hour and 25 minutes after appointment time. There was no apology--no follow-up.....

I am an RN and I have been going to Dr. Brenda Wainscott for over 10 years. I have never had a problem with her or her practice. She may not always tell me what I want to hear but she has been right each time. I know some people "shop" doctors to get the diagnosis that they want and medications they want. Dr. Wainscott is not the one for them! She is straight forward, honest and has integrity.

Dr. Wainscott was my mom's dr. After telling my mom she was healthy for years my mom was diagnosed with Stage 4 Gallbladder cancer. Maybe she should have caught some symptoms before it reached Stage 4. When my mom was in the hospital dying Dr. Waiscott was not very informative nor did she seem very caring. She seemed rather short with my mom. Her attitude was more like we were bothering her. One of her colleagues actually gave us more information and support regarding my mom than Dr. Waiscott did. I definitely would not recommend her and I'm sorry my mom went to her for so long.

An appt is fairly easy to make. The doctor ordered unnecessary tests at the hospital. Should have been more thorough in her office visits. Her staff is why I left; rude and inconsiderate. Made multiple mistakes on RX. Not prompt about returning calls. Final straw was when the doctor would not return a phone call for a simple 3 minute follow up. She doesn't return calls period. You MUST make an appt to get any answers. Very poor bedside manner.

She saved my life. She really moves out when there is a major problem. Nurses at the hospital says she is the most caring doctor on hospital staff.
