Poor response from the doctor’s office especially when trying to refill prescriptions. HEB Pharmacy had to contact multiple times but no response from the doctor ... still waiting after a week. I had called and was put on hold waiting to talk to someone for more than 53 minutes and 48 seconds! Still no answer! Earlier this year I had issues with filling a prescription and I had to stop the medication for 2.5 months because of lack of response from the doctor’s office. I did not complain because all the COVID-19 pandemic even though I was got weak. This is unacceptable response from a physician’s office because they had taken an oath to help people... so disappointed ??

Surprised to read some the reviews about Dr. Gerdelman here. She's one of the most engaged, open and thorough GP's I've ever had. I recommend her regularly and even my adult kiddos now go to her. Good bedside manner too! Highly recommended.

She ordered a $326.00 blood test for reasons unknown to me, nor will she explain. I have called her office, the billing dept. and the person that "supposedly" resolves patient complaints. Zero response from ANYONE! I have been paying off the clinical lab that did the testing monthly, nowI receive a collection notice. I have now set up monthly payments with them, they promise my credit score (perfect) will not be affected. I go to a Dr to get well, NOT have my blood pressure go through the roof. I will NEVER go this Dr. again...she does not care about her patients at all. (It would be really nice to say this to her in person, but I won't let Medicare and my insurance pay her for me to get the satisfaction.)

inattentive and incomplete services

She is incompetant. I can tell that her staff tries to make up for her mistakes. She needs to go back to school.

This is now my third appointment in 2 weeks for the same problem, and this time they insisted in order to refill a Rx. I saw Dr. Gerdelman within the past week, I have taken time off work each time, plus I have missed work due to illness, I just want a Rx refill why do I have to see her again within the same week?

Normally I'd have an Internal Med doc instead of a Family Practice Doc for my primary care provider, but Dr. Lee had a same-day appt. available when I urgently needed it- was the day before I was leaving town for vacation. Anyway . . . she was awesome, and made a genuine effort to establish rapport on our first visit. I've been seeing her ever since- and btw, she used to be a practicing OB before Fam Med, so as an adult female I know her expertise can only benefit her patients. Imo she's an amazing and talented doc.

Waited and waited while others with later appointments were called in. I asked the receptionist at least 2 times what the hold up was. She stated each time that I was next and then took 3 people ahead of me. I never even got to see the doctor.
