I’ve been seeing Dr. Steinberg for quit a while and trust me I have all the gadgets you can imagine. The PRP procedure is what did it for me. It was quick, dine in office and not as painful as I thought it would be and now I’m back to being pain free.

I have type 2 diabetes and circulation issues. My feet and legs require regular care. I have been under Dr. Steinberg's care for 9 years. I have always been able to get treated the same day when I have had a non routine leg/foot issue. The office is fully equipped. I have recommended others to her and they all have thanked me.

I was referred to Frederick Foot and Ankle by an Urgent Care facility; and I am grateful that I was. I had an appointment at Frederick Foot and Ankle within hours of my referral call and was attended to by Dr. Brenna Steinberg and her very capable staff. I had waited 4 weeks before seeking medical attention for my very swollen, red and painful foot; because I did not want to go through what I did 4 years ago when I had experienced a similar situation and was bounced around from doctor to doctor for 6 weeks who evaluated and tested but could not diagnose and did nothing to remedy the situation. However, Dr. Steinberg immediately examined my very swollen, red and painful foot, aspirated fluid and treated it. At my follow-up appointment, 3 days later, the swelling, redness and pain were nearly completely gone. And now, 1 week after my initial appointment, my foot looks and feels GREAT. FF&A has always been a good experience for me over the past few years. I've received help from Dr. Steinberg over the past few months for an ingrown toenail and plantar fascitiis. She has an excellent bedside manner, is very concerned about my health and excited about my progress. I love that she remembers things I tell her about my family and she asks me about them during visits ... makes me feel like we're more family than having a doctor/patient relationship. Definitely recommend Dr. Steinberg and Frederick Foot and Ankle!

She exudes confidence and empathy. If you have a problem she will find a way to help you. She is a talented doctor who obviously enjoys helping her patients and can explain things in terms the patient can understand. She can provide levels of care from simple to complex surgery she is the go to doctor for foot and ankle pain!
