Dr. Brenon Lee Abernathie, MD

I saw on the internet he calls at last minute to reschedule. I planned this a month in advance got COVID test, blood test and EKG for general surgery. Cancels 3 days before surgery. I would have thought this was an isolated case, but he constantly cancels according to the internet.

I rarely leave reviews, but Dr. Abernathie did just a careful job removing my mole, not taking one speck of tissue more than necessary, that it healed without a scars in less than a week. He's really skilled and caring!

I went to Dr Abernathie (White Plains office) because I had been bitten on the leg by a pit bull and because it was healing very slowly, I wanted reassurance that I was treating it properly. Dr. Abernathie cleaned the wound, took a lot of time with me, explained how I had to treat the wound at this stage, and arranged for me to make a follow up appointment. At the second visit, he was equally patient and thorough. His nurse was also Knowledgeable and very pleasant. If a nurse friend of mine had not recommended seeing a plastic surgeon for this kind of complaint, it would never have occurred to me to seek out this kind of speciist. I highly recommend Dr. Abernathie.
