I have been a patient of Dr. Fletcher for over a year and he has changed my life. I have seen many physicians and sought treatment for my anxiety, depression and ADHD for most of my adult life and this was the first physician who truly began to treat "me" for my illnesses. He personalizes his treatment plan to your comfort level and specific health needs. He is very knowledgeable on how medications interact with one another and specializes in creating a treatment plan that fits your specific "brain". I have never left an appointment without feeling like I was fully involved in my own healthcare or confident that we made the best choice for my health. My family and friends have noticed the massive improvement that I have had under his care and how I seem to be a whole new person. If you are struggling to select a psychiatrist or you don't know where to begin, start with Dr. Fletcher.

Dr. Fletcher is an exceptional doctor. He is focused on you, is very attentive, extremely knowledgeable, and has a very easy going demeanor. It's also so impressive that if you need to reach him after business hours for an emergency, he has a special cell phone number you can call. Dr. Fletcher is without a doubt top notch and I highly recommend him, he'll take great care of you.

I highly recommend Dr. Fletcher. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes past my appointment time to see him. He has incredible emotional intelligence and was able to read my daughter after a very short period of time. His demeanor is calm and he is thoughtful in his approach to handling our situation.
