Dr. Brent Roger Lovett, MD

Discouraged. I was referred to Dr Brent Lovett and was referred to another Doctor within Dr Lovett’s practice. Called to make an appointment for a first visit and an evaluation. Left there with a follow up appointment. My current medication was adjusted to a slightly higher dosage in mg. Called office with a concern the adjustment in medication wasn’t agreeing with me. Also inquired when my evaluation would be presented to me in an email form. No call was returned till a few days. I finally received my evaluation which was a very brief 5 or 6 sentence letter form that was something I should have received the following day and had medical wording that I would have liked to ask the Doctor about in a short phone conversation. For the fee that Is paid on my first visit I didn’t feel I received a reason to continue with Dr Lovett’s practice. Being a mental health care and counseling office it is a waste of time and the out of pocket fee that is charged for a first visit and 5 or 6… sentence evaluation that took a few weeks to receive isn’t reassuring or helpful. It’s very difficult to get a call back the same day or the same week. #Disappointed ??

My son has seen a number of psychiatrists in Naples. Dr Lovett is far and away the best physician we encountered. His med management is reasonable and he does not over medicate. Excellent physician.

Dr. Lovett is the best. He is very cautious, listens carefully and is super easy to speak to. I have met other psychiatrist through my work and they only give patients 5 minutes and prescribe meds w/o listening. Dr. Lovett is not like that. I would totally recommend anybody that needs good care to him.

Dr. Lovett is an excellent psychiatrist who is conservative with his approach, assessment and diagnosis. His office is extremely comfortable and as a patient I felt extremely at ease. I highly recommend him !

Dr. Lovett saw my daughter for anxiety and provided much needed help. He spent time taking to us, discussed his impression and allowed us to participate in the treatment options. New office is very nice and professional. We highly recommend Dr. Lovett.

My teen aged son went to Dr Lovett for counseling and monitoring of meds. I give him rave reviews in all areas. He is so kind and professional yet caring. My son really liked him and I did too!
