Dr. Bret Gerber, MD

We LOVE Dr Gerber!! He has been seeing my kids since they were born and is the nicest and most gentle doctor. He makes it easy on new moms too! We moved an hour away and still wouldn't consider switching to a different pediatrician.

Dr. Gerber has been my children's pediatrician since 2003. He is an extremely caring and courteous physician and is absolutely great with my children. He takes the greatest of care to truly listen to the patient and parents' questions during the exam. The medical office staff are also terrific and although wait times may vary, it is only because the physicians truly take the time necessary which may not be planned to care for your children!

I found dr.gerber to be unprofessional, condescending and extremely rude. To think, a person having been arrested for using several types of powerful illegal drugs is still a Scripps doctor?! I wish I would have read that before trusting my child with him. Worst experience, long wait times, horrible doctor. Do your research and keep your children away from him.

Dr. Gerber was my sonâ??s pediatrician through a chronic life-threatening illness from the time he was two and a half years old onward to adulthood. Because my sonâ??s illness was long and complex Dr. Gerber sent references to many other great specialists on my sonâ??s behalf. The point isâ??we have seen so many doctors over the years we feel like the â??Siskel and Ebertâ?? of pediatric medical providers. Dr. Gerber, quite simply, is the best of the best. Professional, knowledgeable, warm, genuine, caringâ??I cannot think of a way to improve the service he providesâ??unless it would be that he graduate into adult medicine so that we could continue to have him as our family physician. Medically speaking, Dr. Gerber is a rare find!
