Dr. Brett Alan Donahey, DO

I saw him when I lived in the area and liked him as a doctor. I moved away and when I moved back four years later he wouldn't see him saying they weren't accepting new patients even though all websites state that he is. Disappointing.

I love Dr. Donahey. He is very welcoming and takes the time to listen and have conversations with you. He is also very intelligent and I always leave feeling educated and pleased with my visit. He was my doctor when I first moved to Frisco and I don't plan on switching with any one different!

Dr. Donahey was referred to my family by another family member. Originally, I contacted his office to schedule my three children’s physicals. Not only was the front desk person friendly and helpful, but she quickly got my children scheduled and the physicals went perfect. Dr Donahey spent time with each child and was very thorough. We have since had to contact him for some anxiety issues that one of my children was experiencing. She was so nervous, and he couldn’t have made her feel more comfortable. He listened to her, and he kindly told her suggestions and made her feel so much better. I would highly recommend Dr Donahey to anyone of any age to see him as their family doctor. Between him as well as his staff, this is a terrific doctor’s office.

Great Doctor

After going to another Primary for 5+ yrs, we had an urgent problem and called for an urgent appointment (HAD BEEN THEIR PRACTICE IN THE PAST TO RESERVE TIME FOR JUST SUCH URGENCIES). Due to new policies in their practice, no attempt was made to accomodate the urgency. Consequently the Insurance Company was contacted for a referral which was Dr.Donahey. I feel he saved a life by his immediate intervention. Consequently, I also left that practice and became one of his patient (I felt I could no longer trust the old practice). All of the accolades listed are appropriate, however, I will add two more; his humanity and and undivided intrest in his patients. His Staff is a reflection of his practice.

I am a new patient for Dr. Donahey and am very impressed. He is very thorough, there is very little waiting in the waiting room, he is extremely knowledgeable and seems to listen to and respect what his patient is saying. The Staff is awesome also. I highly recommend Dr. Donahey!
