Dr. Brett Joseph Mcknight

I have had very bad vision with many complications my whole life. Dr. McKnight aborted my cataract surgery last week because the situation was more complex than hoped. He explained in detail (in layman's terms), why he wanted to consult a retina specialist about all the options available to me and which would be safest rather than risk plowing ahead and making things worse. I've had enough cowboy doctors who would have risked my vision. I would recommend McKnight to friends because he puts the patient first. He carefully explained the issues to me, even called me at home that night in case the sedative had made me forget the details. He carefully answered all my questions and what ifs and referred me to another doctor for a consultation. Thank you, Dr. Brett McKnight!
