Dr. Wasserlauf has over the past 6 years, replaced both of my shoulder joints and both knee joints. I have never had a problem with the surgeries or with the rehab therapy. Dr. Wasserlauf spent a good amount of time with me pre-op to review questions I had as well as the technical aspects of the surgery and what to expect afterwards. There was constant contact with his very professional team members. I had recently retired and was moving to COBRA and Brenda was a great help in getting that squared away on my behalf. The follow up communication has been noteworthy and helpful.

After getting continualy frustrated with my previous orthopedic doctor's staff, I made a difficult decision to leave. And I'm glad I did because Dr. Wasserlauf and the entire team here are AMAZING. Dr. Wasserlauf is kind and super generous with his time, and the staff is wonderful. Highly, highly recommended!

He is rude and condescending to patients. He does not listen, and as other reviewers has said, his big ego gets in the way of actually listening to patients. He is biased against certain types of patients, and has no insight into this.
