Great doctor.

I used to see Dr. Bass for many years but I stopped going, more because of the office set up and a rude encounter with one of his office staff. Every time you go in, you have to sit in some open area where nurses grill you on your prior history, all within earshot of other patients and spouses passing by. First, I got tired of answering the same, very personal questions in an area that was not private. Then I had a rude nurse named Teresa interview me and I was put off by the same questions every year that are very intimate and she was abrupt and dismissive because I did not like answering the same invasive questions especially in an area that was so public. It's too bad because I did like Dr. Bass but I think he should have his staff be more sensitive and he should rethink the office layout for pre-office visit nurse/patient interviews.
