Brian Blanchette, MD

Saw Dr blanchette for severe back pain. Told me it was probably just muscle related, even though had pain shooting down my left leg. Have since had 3 back surgeries. Saw him numerous times and and always seemed to be wearing the same white shirt with maroon stripes with arm pits stained yellow. I mean c'mon really?? Once had bandage on hand and told me he hurt it in a pick up basketball game. This was approximately 25 years ago when I last saw him . Highly recommend to stay away from him. Absolutely the worst Dr I've ever seen. Horrible experience.

Dr Blanchette has been my primary for years. He is personable, straight forward, and professional. His office staff is also nice.

Dr Blanchette is a great doctor. He explains things in a way that anyone can understand. My mother loved him. My whole family loves him.

Love Dr. Blanchette and if it wasn't for that i wouldn't put up with the way i am treated when trying to book an appt. you can clearly understand you are no more than a number to his front office staff. Rude and very matter of fact about the way they talk to you. Needed to have surgery done and his approval and was simply told they had nothing for me to be able to see him. this isn't the first time either. he need a staff that has just a small amount of compassion for his patients. i cant say enough about how little and uncared for i felt after i got off the phone with them. my well being was certainly no even on their mind while talking to me. so sad, i needed help and all i got was attitude.

Brian has been my primary care physician for over 10 years and he is excellent. Very professional.

Dr. Blanchette has been the physician for my brother and sister-in-law and my mother for years. When my insurance premiums were raised 56% (by another carrier), I chose Tufts Senior Care, and was asked which new doctor would I like. I was thrilled to see that Dr. Brian Blanchette was on the Tufts list! I called for my first appointment, and it was given immediately. My wait time in his office was so quick that I had to fill the forms out later! Dr. Blanchette gave a thorough first exam, had a great consult with him, and he is polite, looks you right in the eye (honesty), and gives great guidance.Overall, there is not a rating high enough to give him.
