Dr. Brian L Casaclang, DO

I've been seeing this man for chronic pain. I'm still in pain. His bedside care is a joke. He makes his patients feel as if he could careless of the pain or their feelings. He acts as if he is God Almighty. Save yourself time and find another doctor that truly care.

Was a patient of Dr Casaclang for well over 10 years. He managed my diabetes and also took wonderful care of my wife’s asthma. He always took the time to explain our treatment plans. Excellent doctor.

My doctor is awesome he has been great when I have seen him. He has been my doctor for over 14 years.

Dr Casaclang is not a doctor but a little mean drug queen. He is disrespectful & makes fun of patients. He gives better treatment to people he likes. Sadly he seams good with a book - he is pediatrician too. Because he works in a good area and accepts kids and adults he is impossible to book. Once I waited hour and 45 minutes (without exaggeration). He has a cartoon in the office that makes fun of patients who wait long. It was not funny to me. Once I was late 15 min and he refused to see me. I even sent my parking ticket that showed I entered parking 10 min late, but he didn't care. The worse detail of that visit is that My kid was sick a week before that. Since Casa didn't have time for us, I was seen by other Doctor. So week later I get a phone call from Casa's nurse. She insisted for us to come for follow up. I didn't want to go because kid was fine and was previously seen by other dr, but nurse INSISTED. Finely when I came I got a door into my face. That was my last time with… him. If you go to see the dr for checkups and fun, he is okay for that. But if you really need a reliable Doctor, better continue your search.

Horrible! An hour past my appt time I find out that he is refusing to see me because I am not his patient. My dr was booked so the triage nurse gave me the first available appt with one of her colleagues. After I requested management he continued to refuse to see me and one of his colleagues who was already double booked agreed to take me. Total jerk.

Been my doctor for years, very thorough and knowledgeable in his field. He is very down to earth and really cares about his patients. He is highly recommended.

After experiencing severe insomnia (18 hrs of sleep in 1 week) followed my several weeks if little to no sleep each night (approx 3-4 hours) I saw Dr. Casaclang twice. He prescribed Cymbalta without sharing the severity of the potential side effects. He didn't show much sympathy for the anxiety and depression I was experiencing along with the insomnia. I took Cymbalta for 3 weeks, following the doctor's orders and they were the worst weeks of my life...no exaggeration. Do yourself a favor and don't see Dr. Casaclang...

This Dr. is not courteous to his patients. I have been seeing him for several years with chronic sinusitis. On several occasions the doctor has made me feel that my feelings/concerns were a joke, and spent most of his time belittling my symptoms, or insinuating that it was my imagination. 6 diagnosed sinus infections in one year is not imaginary. On other occasions, he has left the office before I was even discharged. I would not recommend this doctor.

I like this doctor because he was very thorough and did a wonderful job treating my skin disorder. Very nice office near North & Clybourn.
