Dr. Brian Ceniza Castillo, MD

Dr. Castillo is amazing he’s helped me so much through out the years, i definitely recommend him.

Dr. Brian Castillo is a good physician. I have no issues with him. It is his staff that are horrible. They lack customer service skills. There have been times when I needed to see him and ended up going to Memorial Hermann Urgent Care down the road from his office because it was going to be a week or more. One of the incidences was a severe ear infection that developed within hours. His staff could care less and it reflected in their tone and response to me. Another was an immunization needed for work. Once again, I could not get in for a week to get the shot. I went to a place that specializes in immunizations the next day and my insurance covered 100%. No co-pay. It is a shame that he has hired staff that lack sympathy, lack communication skills, and are people who I would not hire to be the face of my business when you walk in. Thumbs down on his staff.

I would recommen Dr. Castillo. He took his time to understand me and the reason of my visit.

Dr. Brian Castillo is the worst doctor I have ever attended!! I have a neurological disorder and had to change doctors due to an insurance issue with my previous doctor. I attended Dr. Castillo, He showed no empathy or bedside manner at all. Had no idea about my condition, and when he received my records did not bother to even look to try and understand my condition!! He questioned my medication, causing me untold problems with the pharmacy I had gone to for 5 years! My Neurologist prescribed all of my medication. He did not even care to listen as to why I was taking this medication, or that I recently had deep brain surgery. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone!!

I think that Dr. Castillo is very caring and spends a good amount of time with you to find out exactly what is the matter. He is a great family doctor and always remembers are family when we come in. The only issue is that the front office staff seems to never know what is going on. Everytime I come in even though I do not have a copay they always ask for a random copay amount and we go back and forth on this. It is very frustating considering when I call I state no change to insurance but EVERYTIME they do this and it drives me crazy. Especially when the call the office manager in as if I'm making it all up when I know they have a copy of my insurance card and can see this information. When other families are waiting it can also result in some embarassing situations as if I'm not willing to pay my bill. Dr. Castillo is a great doctor it's just very maddening to have to go through this everytime.
