After completing his undergraduate degree, he moved to Chicago, Illinois, to begin his podiatric training at The Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Conley completed a three-year residency program at The Jewish Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. He served as chief resident and received extensive training with an emphasis on advanced foot and ankle trauma, rearfoot reconstruction, and forefoot surgery.
