Its always nice to have a doctor that understands your level of humor and sarcasm when you're dealing with a thing like cancer as it can be a scary time. Dr Downs did everything in his power to make me feel comfortable at all times.....even if was only to crack a joke to make me laugh. If I had a thousand questions Dr Downs would sit diwn there and answered every one of them, and that's not something you find in a doctor nowadays His surgical skills are flawless and a doctor that is to be trusted with your life -as I did

Dr. Downs and his staff provided me with an assuring experience. This was the first surgery I have ever had and he was always understanding of my fears and patient with me as I ask many questions. The surgery went well and I now can breathe with no problems. I would recommend Dr. Downs and Evergreen ENT to anyone.

Dr.Downs is a very proffessional physician, i was being treated for my deviated septum in which Dr. Downs told me it was severe, this was my first surgery and had no idea of what i was in for, but Dr. Downs kept assuring me that i would be ok. he has a really good bed side manner he seems more like family when he's talking to you, in closing if you have any ear, nose or throat problems this is the doctor you need to see and put your trust in.
