He has published articles in Optometry Today and Review of Optometry, covering various topics related to diagnostic technology and ocular disease.Originally from Wheeling, West Virginia, Dr. Gardner briefly resided in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, before settling in Middletown, Delaware, in 2005. In his leisure time, he enjoys quality moments with his wife and three children and engaging in physical activities like exercising, running, and biking.
