My neurologist recommended dr. Gill To me. We had a video meeting and I was so comfortable. Scared for my procedure brain surgery was not on my life list. I felt so comfortable speaking with him. Met him in person on the surgery date . He held my hand because I was crying and scared. After surgery his team checked on me often. I loved that he had a whole team. My surgery went great . My first visit to see him . I still felt safe , comfortable and well taken care of. I would recommend him to anyone. My incision on my head has healed beautifully.

Dr. Brian Gill of the Neurological Institute of New York performed a Ventriculostomy on me to address the hydrocephalus that I was suffering from, and then installed a shunt to complete the process. Dr Gill was extremely clear in explaining the procedures he was undertaking and describing what I would be experiencing. Together with his subsequent follow up, Dr Gill successfully addressed the symptoms I had been experiencing. Aside from his obvious skills, he is both warm and caring with a good sense of humor. I felt very comfortable being his patient and very fortunate to be under his care.
